Room was clean and quite comfortable.

The elevators were completely inaccessible during my stay. I had to climb multiple flights of stairs because staff didn't monitor the hallways. As a pregnant woman, this was incredibly exhausting and frustrating for me, and very disappointing given the situation.

The outside doors should be locked for security!!! Room service clean-up needs to be improved, as drawers were old and stained. The air conditioning system requires better instructions or maintenance to ensure comfortable temperature control!!!

Friendly staff and roomy vibes

Had a nice stay with the fam! The staff were super sweet and made us feel at home, especially Ali and Tracy. We loved using the big sitting room with the kids. Breakfast was a nice touch too. The only thing was, the location was a bit out of the way for some attractions, but still okay overall.

The breakfast was perfect. Lots of options, plentiful. Plus, the staff at the Bistro Bar were excellent and super accommodating. Really great people.

My stay in the king room was pure bliss! The comfort of the bed offered a perfect night's sleep, and the large smart TV made downtime super enjoyable. I adored how I could step outside to a lovely outdoor seating area and relax before heading to the delicious bistro for dinner.

Enjoyed a cozy night in the Two Queen Beds Full Bathroom. The breakfast options were delightful, offering a hearty start to the day. The gym exceeded my expectations with plenty of machines. Tip, Don't miss the breakfast buffet. it's more than just the usual fare!

This place was just a decent option for a short break in Truro with high value for money. Friendly staff made check-in easy and welcoming. Make sure to ask about local attractions as they're within walking distance.

the inn on prince hotel and conference centre has excellent facilities right in the center of everything. we loved the pool, especially for our grandson, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast included made mornings easier. the staff was super helpful, especially when they found our forgotten towels.
